COVID-19 Shipping Delays 


Our normal shipping times have been extended due to COVID-19. Our suppliers are back up and running, but due to the recent pandemic you can expect shipping delays. 

Immediately, after purchase you will receive an order confirmation. Orders are currently shipping out within 5 to 10 business days. Which means, you should expect to receive your order within 12 to 14 business days. We ask that you please be patient during this time, and we will do our best to keep you updated if any of these time-frames change.

I've placed an order and haven't heard anything. How do I check the status of my order? 

Please contact us, and our support team will be happy to check on your order. 
 

I'm not happy with the shipping times. Can I cancel my order? 

If your order has not shipped, you may contact us to request a cancellation of your order. 
 

Can I still return an item if am unsatisfied with it? 

Yes, please contact us and request to make a return. 
 

Can you guarantee I will receive my order by a specific date? 

 

You should receive your order by the shipping date mentioned when the order is placed. If there is a delay regarding your order our team will reach out to you via phone or email. 
 
Will you issue a refund if I do not receive my order by the estimated delivery date? 

Yes. If you do not receive the order by the estimated delivery date we will issue a refund for that product. We do this even if there isn't a pandemic. Please view our full return policy here
