Q: How long have you been in business?

A: This site was launched on May 18, 2018.

Q: How do I contact you?

A: You may contact us via email at, or by phone at 972-845-4419. If for some reason we do not answer, please leave a voicemail and someone will return your call as soon as possible. The most efficient way to contact us is through email.

Q: Do you offer any licensed apparel?

A: Yes, we only offer licensed apparel! We want to be sure we are providing you with high-quality items at all times.

Q: How can I be sure you are a real company?

A: We know how hard it is to develop trust online. You are more than welcome to browse our reviews on third party sites such as Trustpilot or Facebook. We prefer to use third party review sites that are in no way affiliated with Animated Apparel Company, so you can be sure you are reading honest customer feedback.

Shipping Questions

Q: What is the cost for U.S. Shipping?

A: Shipping to the United States is always free from Animated Apparel Company!

Q: What is the cost for international shipping?

A: Currently we do not offer international shipping, but we hope to add this soon! Please follow us on social media or subscribe to our email list to be notified when this option becomes available.

Q: Where are you shipping inventory from? The U.S. or overseas?

A: All of our inventory ships from within the United States.

Q: I’ve order several items, and they arrived on different days in separate packaging. Why is this?

A: We have several distributors. Your items may have come from two separate U.S. locations. You should still receive your items within 7 to 10 business days.

Q: When placing my order, your site states I should receive my order within 7 to 10 business days. Can you please explain what you mean by a business day?

A: For us, our business days are Monday - Friday. Our shipping department is not open on weekends or holidays. For example, if your order is placed over the weekend, Monday would be considered the first business day as long as this day does not fall on a holiday.

Q: If I want my item sooner, is there an option for faster shipping?

A: Unfortunately, there is no option for expedited shipping. Many items are received faster than 7 to 10 business days, but we cannot guarantee you will receive the item quicker.

Q: It’s been more than 3 business days and I haven’t received a shipping notification what do I do?

A: If your order is delayed, you may have already received an email notifying you of the delay. You may contact us at with your order information to inquire as to the status of your order.

Q: I received a delay email, but I don’t want to wait anymore. Can I request a refund?

A: Yes, please reach out to us and provide your order number. We will issue you a refund as long as the order has not been shipped.

Q: What can cause a shipping delay?

A: Delays do not occur often, but there could be a variety of reasons why your order was delayed. Most recently, orders were delayed due to an issue with one of our largest suppliers. This issue affected many retailers, and not just Animated Apparel Company. In the event of a delay, we do our best to reach out to you as soon as possible. We also make sure to stay in touch every step of the way. Of course, if you’d like a refund we will always issue a refund with no hassle.


Q: What is your refund policy?

A: You may view the full policy here. In summary, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any items. You may mail returns to the address below. You will be reimbursed for any return shipping charges.

Q: I received my item, but it was damaged. Can you send me a replacement, or can I request for refund?

A: You may receive a full refund or exchange the item for an item of equal value from our store. We will do everything we can to track down the item, or have a new item sent to your address. We will then follow up with you to confirm receipt of your order.

Q: If I request a refund, how will my refund be issued?

A: The refund will be processed using the same payment method used when purchasing. At your request, we can also mail a check.

Q: It's been 7 to 10 business days and I haven't heard anything in regards to my order. What's going on? 

A: We do our best to stay in contact with you until the order is received. Normally you should receive a shipping notification within a few days after purchase. If there is a delay for some reason, we send out an email to notify you of the delay. If you haven't heard anything in regards to your order, please send an email to, or give us a call at (800) 472-9760.

Q: What's the latest I can place an order to receive my items by Christmas?

A: Orders placed by December 11th, 2018 should be received by December 24.
