What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is an order you place for an item before it becomes available. When you are placing a pre-order you are ordering the product with the understanding that the product will be available at a much later date.
What types of products can I preorder?
You may preorder our collection of collectible figures and statues. These are new products which are manufactured by Dark Horse Comics. Dark Horse Comics has a history of manufacturing high quality statues and figures.
How do I place a preorder?
If a product is available for pre-order, the pre-order button will replace the traditional “add to cart” button. Once you add the product the order process is similar to placing a regular store order.
How can I pay for my preorder?
You may pay for your preorder using any of our payment methods accepted during checkout. Please note that if you choose finance your transaction using Affirm, the following is important information to note.
"If one or more items in your order has a ship date of more than 30 days, your loan payment(s), including interest, may be due before the merchant ships all of the items. Please note that you may not receive a rebate of any interest that may have already accrued on an amount that later gets refunded."

When will my pre-ordered item ship?
In the product description we provide you with an estimated ship date. This date may change if there is a delay in painting the figures or if there happens to a global pandemic such as COVID-19. If there is a delay in your pre-order our team will reach out to you promptly.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
All pre-ordered items will have a deadline in which you may cancel your pre-order. As long as you contact us prior to this date we are able to cancel your pre-order. We will not be able to cancel a pre-order after the item has shipped. If you have a specific situation in which you are requesting a refund, please contact us and our team will be happy to review your situation.
What if I am not happy with the item I receive?
You may view our full refund policy here. To summarize, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund for an item. You may request a refund if the product arrived to your door damaged, or a product defect. For any other concerns, please contact us.
