Email Confirmation 

Shortly after you complete your purchase you will receive an order confirmation. This email confirms that your order has been received, and we have accepted your payment method. Upon receipt of your order and payment, we will confirm the item is available and begin the shipping process. The shipping process may take between 3 to 5 business days. If your item is unavailable, we will void your order and immediately contact you via email or telephone. 


Once your order has been shipped you will receive an additional notification email, which will contain your tracking information. Our items are shipped via USPS or UPS. Once you have received the tracking information, your items should be received in the next 3 to 5 business days. The total delivery time from when your order is placed on to the date of delivery is 7 to 10 business days. If there is any delay in processing your order, or shipment you will receive an email notification. Damaged Items 

If your item has been damaged during the shipping process, please send us an email with a photo of the damaged product to Once your images are received, management will reach out to you within 1 business day. 

Cancellation/Refund Policy 

Please notify us at the earliest convenience of any cancelled order. Please send us notification of your cancellation to Your cancellation, and or refund request must be received within 30 days (60 Days If order was placed from November 01, 2018 to December 31, 2018) of the delivery date of your item. Please return the unused item to: Animated Apparel Company 11816 Inwood Rd #1061 Dallas, TX 75244. 

We are unable to accept returns or cancellation request for any used items, or for any items received more than 30 days from the date of delivery. All returns and cancellations must be approved by management. If you have any additional questions, regarding this policy please contact us at 

Order Not Received

If your order has not been received by the expected delivery date, please allow an additional 7 days for your item to be received in the mail. The expected delivery date is an approximation, however, many items are generally received during this timeframe. Once the additional 7 days have passed if your item has still not arrived please contact your local post office and provide your tracking information. If they are unable to locate your item, please contact us at so we may file a claim.
